Supply Chain Director at MODULAR Data Centers, Marcelo Tsujimoto holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration. With over 20 years of experience in the supply chain field, he has built a solid and impactful career.
Throughout his journey, he has worked at renowned companies such as Voith and GE Power, where he excelled in leading teams and driving organizational transformations. His extensive experience and strategic approach are essential for addressing the challenges of the industry.
Alex Oreiro has a solid academic and professional background, standing out as a strategic leader in the financial sector. He holds a degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a degree in Finance from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and a Global MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.
He began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he gained a strong foundation in accounting and financial practices. Throughout his career, he has accumulated extensive experience in companies invested by private equity funds, including GP Investments, Vinci Partners, and 3G Capital. Alex played a key role in highly relevant projects that became industry benchmarks, such as ALL in Brazil and Argentina, Cemar (now part of the Equatorial Energia Group), BRMalls Shopping Centers, and Qualicorp.
In addition to his financial expertise, Alex has led operations and commercial areas, participating in various turnaround processes. His ability to diagnose problems and find effective solutions has given him a strategic and multidisciplinary vision, essential for the success of the organizations in which he has worked.
Currently, Alex is part of the Modular Data Centers team as CFO, where he continues to apply his vast experience to drive the company’s growth and innovation.
Marcos Peigo is a Board Member at Modular Data Centers, Operating Partner at DigitalBridge, and CEO and Board Member at Scala Data Centers. Peigo has over 20 years of experience in the technology and infrastructure markets, with significant executive experience in Latin America. He has served as Vice President of Value Creation at IBM Latin America, CEO of Solvo S/A, and COO of UOL DIVEO. He studied Electrical Engineering and Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).
With a solid academic background and more than three decades of experience in the industry, he is a leader recognized by the market on the engineering management field, industrial operation and operational excellence.
Alexandre has a degree in Welding Engineering from FATEC and a Business Administration degree from Mackenzie, Postgraduate in Industrial Administration from USP, MBA in Industrial Management from FGV, in addition to being an International Welding Engineer from IIW (International Welding Institute) and Master in Materials Sciences from USP.
Throughout his career at Voith, he has accumulated experience in several key areas of the industry, including production management, strategic planning, operational excellence and maintenance.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineer from the Santa Cecilia University (Santos) and postgraduate degree in Economic and Business from FIA/USP, Eduardo has over 40 years in the automotive industry, working with all manufacturing processes areas and program launch phases. Specialist in Lean Manufacturing and High-Speed production environment developed through years of work at Ford.
Graduated in Production Engineering from UNIARA, Marcelo has over 20 years of experience in Quality, Project Management, Business Processes, Manufacturing Engineering, and Continuous Improvement, gained in multinational companies, with over 15 years at EMBRAER. There, he served as the global head of Corporate Quality and Quality in New Product Development.
With a degree in Electronic Engineering from UFPE, an MBA in Marketing from ESPM, and an MBA in Sales and Management from INSPER, Marcelo has 27 years of experience in Information Technology Services and Systems Integration, including Data Center, Cloud, Networking, Software, and End User Services.
Marcelo is an executive who has worked in multinational companies such as IBM, Wipro, and Citrix. He has held executive and strategic positions in sales and project management, overseeing cross-functional teams, business partners, and relationships with clients from various industries, primarily in the financial sector.
With a degree in Computer Science from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), an MBA in Finance from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC), and an MBA in Management from the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Jorge has been in the IT industry for over 30 years. He has experience in IT architecture, PMO, application management, ITIL process implementation, IT budget planning and control, developed in companies such as Claro, Vale, White Martins, and Estácio.
Since 2003, Cesar has been involved in high-impact projects, accumulating over 20 years of experience in major companies such as Bravoux, Flextronics, Valeo Wiper Systems, CAF (Construcciones y auxiliar de Ferrocarriles), and CAF USA.
With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of Sorocaba (FACENS) and a degree in electronics from the Indaiatuba Foundation of Education (FIEC).
Since 2008, Josiel has been involved in the design and implementation of Critical Mission Infrastructure, Automation, and Electronic Systems, accumulating over 15 years of experience in major projects. These were developed in Industries, Hospitals, Airports, Telecom, and Hyperscale Data Centers like AWS, Microsoft, Odata (Align), Scala, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Oi Telecom, Claro, among others.
With a degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Foreign Trade from the Paulista University (UNIP), and an MBA in Executive Business from the Dom Cabral Foundation (FDC), Paula has over 27 years of consolidated experience.
She’s knowledgeable in the supply chain, direct and indirect procurement, commodities, finished components, raw materials, and industrial machinery, developing national and international suppliers. Develops logistics for large projects in energy, gas, transportation, and new industrial plants, both domestically and internationally. Structures teams, procedures, goals, controls — aiming for high-performance teams with a focus on results, cost management, and deadlines. Developed at companies such as ABB, Alstom, Voith, Siemens, Deugro, and GE.
Marcos Paraíso is Vice President of Business Development at MODULAR.
With a proven track record of delivering excellent business results, he specializes in personnel development and the formation of sales and systems engineering teams.
He has successfully led large P&L operations in public cloud, hosting and Data Centers, software, and hardware in Latin America. Marcos was part of the executive team at IBM for 26 years and, in the last three years, was the director responsible for the value creation area at VMware Software LATAM. Holds a degree in electrical engineering from the State University of Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from COPPEDAD (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro), as well as various specializations — including Wharton School (Negotiations) and the Emeritus Institute of Management (Digital Transformation).
Marcos Capuzzo is the Legal Director at MODULAR Data Centers. With a Master’s in Law, he has a strong focus on preventive and litigation law, as well as Prince2 certification in project management.
With over 20 years of experience — including 3 years in the United Kingdom — he has worked in structuring and managing legal departments, conducting due diligence operations. Furthermore, he has worked coordinating the buying and selling of groups of companies and real estate operations, with an emphasis on corporate, banking, contractual, and tax areas.
He has diverse experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, national and international credit recovery, legal sponsorship of numerous lawsuits, especially in execution, judicial recovery, and bankruptcy areas.
With a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Paulista University (UNIP), Carlos has over 20 years of experience in Defense Aircraft and Manufacturing Engineering, developed through years of work in various areas of Embraer.
With over 15 years of experience in career development in national and international companies in major chemical and metallurgical segments, Diego has worked in areas of human resources. He was responsible for all HR subsystems, as well as commercial, educational, security, and environment areas. He also has experience in manufacturing and service industries, implementing personal administration policies, people management, workspace security, health, and environment. Furthermore, he has worked in companies such as Honda, Caf Chile, and Human Resources Manager.
Caio Matias is Vice President of Administration and Finance at MODULAR Data Centers.
He graduated in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and holds an MBA in Economic and Financial Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). With over 20 years of experience in the areas of Controlling and Finance, he has worked in companies such as Solvo, UOL, and IBM. Before joining MODULAR, he held the position of Administrative-Financial Director at Scala Data Centers.
Carlos Piani is CEO at MODULAR Data Centers, with over 20 years of experience in investments, mergers and acquisitions, and executive roles.
Currently, Piani serves as a Board Member at Modular Data Centers, is the President of HPX Corp, and additionally serves as the Chairman of the Board of Equatorial Energia and as a director of Vibra Energia and Bemobi Tech Mobile. Previously, he was the Global Head of Strategic Initiatives and M&A at Kraft Heinz and President of Kraft Heinz Canada. He also served as President of PDG Realty and was a partner and co-head of the Private Equity division at Vinci Partners. Piani has a degree in Business Administration from IBMEC/RJ and in Data Processing from PUC-Rio.
He also holds the CFA Charterholder title from the CFA Institute and completed the Owners and President Management (OPM) program at the Harvard Business School.
Alinie Mendes is CEO at MODULAR Data Centers and a partner at Lemniscata Ventures, a private investment company specializing in engineering and technology assets.
With a degree in Administration and a postgraduate degree in Processes and Quality, she holds an MBA in Production and Quality Engineering from the School of Engineering at USP. She began her career in the automotive industry, involved in cost optimization and quality projects in production lines. Since 2010 in the technology industry, Alinie has led high-performance teams in managing and applying organizational transformation models and quality assurance.
